In the ocean waves, I find my freedom, My body is mine, no matter what society says, I swim through the waters, without restrictions or fear, In my own world, where I find my best color.

What do I care what they say, what they think of me, In the sea, I am free, I am myself, without blame or frenzy, The waves embrace me, they caress my skin, And in every movement, I find my truest self.

My body is mine, I care for it and value it, I don’t let anyone impose a standard of decorum on me, In the sea, I strip away all insecurity, And I enjoy every moment, with fullness and clarity.

With every stroke, I feel myself growing stronger, My spirit soars, my essence is magnified, The sea teaches me to love my body without measure, And to value every part, with gratitude and life.

So what do I care what others say, In the sea, my body is mine, and I decide for it, I enjoy the freedom, the peace and the joy, Because in my body I find my greatest poetry.
